Chineo is a representative enterprise in China for innovative immunotherapy treatments such as TIL (Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes) and neoantigens. It has participated in numerous national and provincial scientific research projects. The company’s core team consists of leading scientists in the field and senior executives from pharmaceutical enterprises. Chineo’s independently developed "ScTIL" cell therapy for solid tumors is the first in the industry to utilize TIL-like cells derived from peripheral blood, incorporating genetic modifications such as "enhanced receptors" and "expansion factors." This approach simultaneously addresses challenges such as tumor heterogeneity, the tumor microenvironment, and cell expansion. Importantly, it does not rely on surgical tissue but only requires peripheral blood collection, making it accessible to everyone. It has the potential to become a groundbreaking drug for cancer treatment. Another self-developed therapy by the company, HNT (Haploidentical Neoantigen T-cell) for immune system diseases, has achieved near-curative effects in T-cell lymphoma and is expected to be a revolutionary drug for treating autoimmune diseases. The company also owns multiple other self-developed immunotherapy technologies, including CAR-T, UCAR-T, TCR-T, neoantigen cancer vaccines, and TIL technology. The "ScTIL" project received funding from the 2018 National Key R&D Program – a major special project by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the 2019 Zhongguancun Disruptive Technology R&D and Transformation Project, and the 2022 Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission's "Medicine Innovation Variety and Platform Development" special project.
