Pinteon Therapeutics is advancing clinical research on a novel antibody designed to interrupt the spread of toxic Tau, protecting and preserving brain function in patients with neurodegenerative diseases. Pinteon's lead candidate, PNT001, is currently the only antibody in development targeting cis-pT231 Tau.
