Founded in Vancouver, Canada in 1998, mainly focusing on yoga wear. Listed simultaneously on the NASDAQ in New York and the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2007, and delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange on June 24, 2013. In 2014, it entered the European market by opening a flagship store in Covent Garden, London. It opened a flagship store on Tmall in 2015 and began establishing offline stores in mainland China in 2016.
