Nuvation Bio's founding vision is to develop a new generation of oncology drugs that meaningfully improve patients' lives by addressing resistance or the limited efficacy of current therapies, while reducing side effects and maintaining the quality of life for cancer patients. We focus on developing novel oncology therapeutics for the most difficult-to-treat cancers, particularly for indications where conventional therapies have failed. To this end, we have created a deep portfolio of differentiated and novel investigational oncology therapeutic candidates that target some of the most critical pathways cancer cells use to grow. We have demonstrated the potential of these candidates to significantly improve outcomes over the current standard of care in preclinical studies.
