Kanaph Therapeutics is a biotechnology company engaged in drug discovery through early clinical trials. We are committed to developing next-generation therapies for cancer and autoimmune diseases. Our oncology pipeline includes bispecific antibodies and small molecules with significantly enhanced immunostimulatory activity within the tumor microenvironment (TME) to effectively eradicate tumors. Our autoimmune disease pipeline consists of bispecific Fc fusions that inhibit the alternative complement pathway while simultaneously suppressing angiogenesis and downstream complement activation.Founded and headquartered in Seoul, we have recruited, and will continue to recruit, a diverse team of scientists with extensive drug development experience in Korea and the United States. By leveraging and integrating their expertise, our goal is to generate new ideas and synergies that will translate into the development of novel therapies.
