Palladio Biosciences is a clinical-stage company dedicated to developing transformative drugs for orphan kidney diseases. Our lead candidate is lixivaptan, a Phase 3 development-stage drug for the treatment of Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD). We are conducting clinical trials to determine whether lixivaptan can safely and effectively treat ADPKD patients without the liver safety issues associated with currently approved therapies.
