Its first store launched in September 2018, positioning itself as a comprehensive wellness space offering services such as SPA, bathing, massage, and foot therapy, with an average customer spend of 300-400 yuan. Xin SPAce follows a "direct operation + franchise" model for its stores, and currently has several outlets already in operation. In addition to entering key cities, Xin SPAce is also the first chain wellness brand to be located in Zhouzhuang Ancient Town, a 5A-level scenic area, with similar strategic partnerships planned for other 5A-level scenic areas.
