AbClon was founded in 2010 by a group of experts with innovative antibody technology and a Swedish group with cutting-edge biotechnology, aiming to develop new antibody drugs to overcome incurable diseases, including cancer. CAR-T (Chimeric Antigen Receptor-T) gene cell therapy is an advanced cell gene therapy that enables immune cells in patients to specifically target tumor cells, demonstrating excellent efficacy and low side effects. CAR-T therapies developed by multinational companies have shown breakthrough efficacy in patients with hematologic cancers such as leukemia and lymphoma, and research targeting solid tumor treatments is currently being actively conducted. AbClon is running a unique CAR-T program by developing CAR-T based on NEST technology and zCAR-T technology based on Affibody.
