Themis Bioscience is an emerging biotechnology company dedicated to developing vaccines for the prevention of infectious diseases. This vaccine directly delivers the selected antigens to macrophages and dendritic cells (the most potent and effective antigen-presenting cells), thereby triggering a specific immune response to the selected antigens. As a replicating vector, the vaccine continues to express antigens even after immunization. This leads to a robust, antigen-specific immune response that is expected to confer long-term immunity.
