Snapclarity and Terrace Wellness Group have been providing high-quality mental health support for more than two decades. This experience in mental healthcare has shown us how the current system often fails to successfully support those in need. The most obvious issues include confusion when navigating the mental health system, long wait times and limited sessions, rare instances of clients receiving proper assessments and treatment plans, and difficulty accessing specialized care — not to mention a fragmented healthcare system. Access to quality mental healthcare should not be part of the problem. Once individuals decide they need support, their mental health should not be allowed to deteriorate further. When people suffer, waste money due to lost productivity, absenteeism, and presenteeism; when they don’t utilize their benefits out of fear of stigma, privacy concerns, or insufficient coverage; when they don’t receive appropriate and professional care, or when mental healthcare is inadequate, neither individuals nor employers benefit infinitely. Our goal is to make every healthcare plan effective by ensuring people can access high-quality, informed care as quickly as possible. Our mission is to address these barriers one by one. We have set out to find intelligent, effective, efficient, and innovative solutions to revolutionize the way mental healthcare is delivered.
