Chinook Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing precision medicines for kidney diseases. Chinook's lead program is atrasentan, an endothelin receptor antagonist for the treatment of IgA nephropathy and other proteinuric glomerular diseases.
