Neusoft Medical Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Neusoft Medical" or "the Company") was established in 1998, with its headquarters located in Shenyang, Liaoning. The company positions itself as a comprehensive solutions provider for clinical diagnosis and treatment based on imaging equipment. It has four major business lines: digital medical diagnostic and treatment equipment (CT, MRI, DSA, GXR, ultrasound, PET/CT, RT, and core components of the equipment), MDaaS (Medical Devices and Medical Imaging Data Services) platform, equipment services and training, and in vitro diagnostic equipment and reagents. Over more than two decades of development, Neusoft Medical has relied on independent research and development to repeatedly rewrite the history of China’s medical imaging equipment development—milestone innovations such as China's first CT, first superconducting MRI, and first DR were all born at Neusoft Medical. In recent years, Neusoft Medical has successively launched China's first 256-slice 80mm wide-body spectral CT, the first 512-slice panoramic multi-modal CT, track-free suspended dual-center seven-axis DSA, and 1.5T superconducting MRI, leading Chinese-produced medical equipment towards excellence and high-end innovation. To date, the company's products have been sold to more than 110 countries and regions worldwide, with a historical installation base of over 42,000 units. To fully meet global customer needs, the company has subsidiaries in nine countries including the United States, Germany, the UAE, Russia, Brazil, Peru, Kenya, Thailand, and South Korea, and has set up a representative office in Vietnam. Additionally, the company places great emphasis on equipment service and customer experience, with 25 provincial service teams and 12 regional spare parts centers in the domestic market, and 14 customer service teams, 11 spare parts centers, and two training centers in international markets.
