AR was founded in 2018 as a research and development company focused on creating bio-artificial organs that can replace donor organs, utilizing human stem cell technology and tissue engineering techniques. It is committed to addressing the issue of organ shortages and extending human life with high quality. AR has established five cell and material laboratories in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Wuhan, and Hong Kong. Its technical and business team, consisting of experts in cells, biomaterials, and clinical fields, comprises 70 members, making it one of the largest bio-artificial organ research teams in Asia. By closely collaborating with scientific research institutes, clinical institutions, and commercial organizations both domestically and internationally, AR aims to establish a world-class tissue engineering platform for organ repair, regeneration, and transplantation in China. Through investments in leading regenerative medicine R&D projects globally and conducting synchronized R&D and commercialization in China, AR serves the Chinese market, which has a population of 1.4 billion.
