Lucid Diagnostics

Lucid Diagnostics, Inc., a subsidiary of PAVmed, Inc. (Nasdaq: PAVM), owns the breakthrough devices EsoCheck and EsoGuard for esophageal cell collection and Barrett's esophagus diagnosis. EsoCheck is a cell collection/sampling device in the form of a non-endoscopic balloon capsule catheter used to collect and recover surface cells of the esophagus. EsoGuard is a laboratory-developed test that analyzes 31 methylated biomarkers and demonstrated 90% specificity and 90% sensitivity in identifying Barrett's esophagus in a 408-patient NIH-sponsored clinical trial.
