Vesselon, Inc. is developing a novel immuno-oncology therapeutic complex that is protected in circulation and utilizes FDA-approved lipid microsphere drugs as the backbone of its encapsulation drug/drug platform technology, actively targeting tumors. Moreover, these complexes are formed at the time of administration (rather than during the drug manufacturing phase), enabling already approved therapies to generate new complexes. The company is developing next-generation multi-target enveloped oncolytic virus complexes, with preclinical models showing efficacy at low titers against various tumors. Additionally, the company is working on an encapsulated recombinant interleukin-2 complex aimed at clinically relevant doses for solid tumors, with systemic exposure far below doses that could lead to adverse events. Vesselon's patented complexes can be applied across a spectrum of drug classes for cancer and other serious diseases.
