Inotrem

Inotrem SA is a biotechnology company specializing in immunotherapy for acute and chronic inflammatory syndromes. The company has developed a novel immunomodulatory concept targeting the TREM-1 pathway to control imbalanced inflammatory responses. Through its proprietary technology platform, Inotrem has developed LR12 (nangibotide), a first-in-class TREM-1 inhibitor with potential applications in various therapeutic indications such as septic shock and myocardial infarction. In addition, Inotrem has launched another program aimed at developing new treatments for chronic inflammatory diseases. The company was founded in 2013 by Dr. Jean-Jacques Garaud, former Head of Research and Early Development at Roche Group, Professor Sébastien Gibot, and Dr. Marc Derive.
