NohoMed Develops Intelligent Monitoring System for Early Detection of COPD Exacerbations. Using its deterioration detection algorithm, NohoMed addresses two issues associated with the high cost of COPD – patient non-compliance with COPD monitoring protocols and current COPD alert systems generating excessive false alarms or alerts that are too late for meaningful intervention.
