PharmatrophiX

PharmatrophiX (PTX) is a privately held, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing disease-modifying small molecule drugs targeting the underlying mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases and other conditions. Founded by Stanford researcher Frank Longo, PharmatrophiX is developing a class of drugs that mimic the activity of proteins known as neurotrophic factors, which support the development, health, and survival of neurons.
