Clinical-Stage Biopharmaceutical Company

Basic Information

ORYZON is a publicly held clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company and the European leader in the development of therapies based on epigenetics, primarily focusing on personalized medicine approaches for CNS disorders and oncology. Our business model involves developing our proprietary drug candidates through Phase II clinical trials, at which point we decide on a case-by-case basis whether to retain the R&D internally or seek compound partnerships or out-license commercialization for later-stage development. The company boasts a broad and expanding portfolio, with two compounds currently in clinical trials: iadademstat (also known as ORY-1001), a highly potent and selective LSD1 inhibitor granted orphan drug designation by the EMA, currently in two Phase IIa oncology trials, and vafidemstat (also known as ORY-2001), a CNS-optimized LSD1 inhibitor also in Phase IIa for neurological disorders. Our pipeline also includes ORY-3001 (a selective LSD1 inhibitor in preclinical development for non-oncology indications) and other programs in late-stage preclinical development, such as HDAC-6 inhibitors.
