Shanghai AFFINITY Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of globally innovative anti-cancer drugs. The large molecule platforms (TMEAbody® platform, TMEAkine® platform, TMEA-ICE® platform, ADC platform, and TMEA-XDC platform) comprehensively develop patented large-molecule new drugs activated by the tumor microenvironment for cancer immunotherapy or autoimmune diseases, transforming current immune checkpoint inhibitors and immune-related cytokines into second-generation tumor microenvironment-activated drugs. Founded in December 2011 and located in Shanghai Pudong's Zhangjiang High-Tech Park, AFFINITY owns a 100% self-developed product pipeline, with each drug being an innovative drug with global patents. Its first conjugated small molecule drug has entered the Pivotal registration clinical stage.
