Therini Bio, Inc. is a biotechnology company dedicated to researching and developing novel therapies for neuroinflammatory diseases caused by vascular dysfunction. Our approach is generally applicable to various inflammatory diseases, including peripheral conditions. The current therapeutic focus is based on new discoveries from the Akassoglou Laboratory at Gladstone/UCSF, which indicate that fibrin is a key driver of neuroinflammation.
