AB Science is a French company in the late clinical stage, founded by a group of scientists in 2001 with the goal of developing innovative drugs to meet highly unmet medical needs. The company is currently developing two major compounds, among which masitinib has achieved positive Phase 2B/3 results in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, indolent systemic mastocytosis, severe asthma, multiple sclerosis, first-line pancreatic cancer pain, Alzheimer's disease, and metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.
