Zenabis

Zenabis is a licensed producer of medical and recreational cannabis. The company's operations are strategically located on the east and west coasts of Canada, facilitating domestic distribution and international export (pending regulatory approval). If fully converted to cannabis production, these facilities will have a designed capacity to produce 479,300 kilograms of dried cannabis annually. The additional 700,000 square feet of greenhouse space acquired after the reverse takeover from Bevo Agro will continue to be used for existing plant propagation business and will be converted to cannabis production at a time that benefits the company’s strategic position. The Zenabis brand name is used in the medical market, while Namaste and Blazery serve the recreational market. Zenabis' management team has extensive experience in agriculture, technology, pharmaceutical sales, packaged consumer goods, international distribution, brand marketing, and finance.
