MODAG

MODAG is a privately held German biotechnology company founded in 2013, headquartered in Munich, Germany. The company is developing a novel treatment approach for neurodegenerative diseases by combining targeted small molecule therapies with diagnostic tools. Our first goal is to demonstrate clinical proof of concept for our lead compound anle138b in Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) to seek to halt progression and provide the first disease-modifying therapy.
