Our lead program, RSLV-132, aims to prevent chronic systemic inflammation that can lead to organ damage and symptoms associated with autoimmune diseases. RSLV-132 is a first-in-class RNase-Fc fusion protein being developed to treat patients with lupus and Sjögren's syndrome.
