Atlantic Vision Partners is a vision practice management company providing ophthalmology, optometry, and optical services across southern and central Virginia. The original AVP clinic was founded by Dr. David Harman in 1988, growing from a single, one-doctor clinic to become one of the largest eye care clinics in the state.
