Medicago Inc. is a biotechnology company focused on the research, development, production, and commercialization of vaccines in Canada. The company develops vaccines based on its proprietary technologies, including plant-based Proficia technology and Virus-Like Particle (VLP) technology. Its product candidates include an H5N1 pandemic influenza VLP vaccine, which has completed Phase I human clinical trials.
