Iovance Biotherapeutics Focuses on the Development and Commercialization of Novel Cancer Immunotherapies Based on Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes (TIL). Under a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement with Dr. Steven A. Rosenberg of the National Cancer Institute, we are investigating our lead product candidate, LN-144, for the treatment of Stage 4 metastatic melanoma. In clinical trials, LN-144 has demonstrated therapeutic potential in patients with metastatic melanoma and may also be applicable to a wide range of other solid tumors.
