Mya Systems, formerly known as FirstJob, was co-founded by CEO Eyal Grayevsky and CTO James Maddox in 2012. The San Francisco-based company launched its conversational AI recruiter, Mya, in July 2016 to address major inefficiencies in the recruitment process and improve the experience for both recruiters and job seekers. Mya quickly amassed a client list and has become a leading AI solutions provider in the recruitment industry. The company has signed contracts with four of the world's largest recruitment agencies, including 15 companies from the Fortune 100 and 40 from the Fortune 500.
