Eisai Co., Ltd. (エーザイ株式会社) is a pharmaceutical company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, with nearly 10,000 employees and approximately 1,500 development projects underway. Eisai is currently conducting a Phase I clinical study of E7386 as monotherapy for solid tumors, as well as a Phase Ib clinical trial of E7386 in combination with Lenvatinib Mesylate (product name: LENVIMA®, "Lenvatinib"), an orally administered multi-targeted tyrosine kinase receptor inhibitor originally developed by Eisai for solid tumors, including hepatocellular carcinoma.
