MabVax

MabVax is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the commercialization of proprietary cancer immunotherapies through two integrated and successful technology platforms. The first is a series of vaccines developed at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) and licensed to MabVax. The company’s two lead cancer vaccines are currently in Phase II clinical trials for the treatment of soft tissue sarcoma and ovarian cancer. The second is an internally developed human antibody discovery platform, which is based on protective immune responses generated in patients successfully immunized with the licensed vaccine targeting cancer.
