Karuna Labs has developed digital therapeutic solutions aimed at addressing chronic pain through a combination of physical and cognitive retraining. Karuna utilizes KVET™ Virtual Avatar Training to help patients improve functionality and reduce pain. Designed by physicists, the program integrates graded motor imagery, biofeedback, and pain psychology to target sensorimotor dyscoordination and fear-avoidance behaviors. Karuna Labs' programs are used in private pain clinics and major research institutions, including NYU Langone and Penn Medicine.
