Podimetrics

Podimetrics is a care management company that provides leading solutions to help people with diabetes prevent diabetic foot ulcers (one of the most debilitating and costly complications of diabetes). Podimetrics collaborates with payers and high-risk providers, including the Veterans Health Administration, to offer the FDA-approved SmartMat to high-risk patients. After a person with diabetes places their foot on the mat for just 20 seconds each day, data is automatically sent to Podimetrics’ care management team, whose members then contact the patient and their doctor to enable preventive measures.
