Outpatient Imaging Affiliates is a provider of outpatient radiology services. It operates more than thirty outpatient imaging centers across nine states. Headquartered in Tennessee, OIA is led by a management team with over 60 years of experience managing independent and hospital-based imaging facilities. OIA collaborates with healthcare providers such as health systems, academic medical centers, and radiology groups to develop, market, and operate high-quality, patient-friendly, service-oriented outpatient imaging centers. OIA makes equity investments in each project alongside its local partners while providing development, management, marketing, billing, and collection services for the joint ventures.
