Group Purchasing

Many GPOs are funded by administrative fees paid by the suppliers overseen by the GPO. Some GPOs are funded by a combination of these two methods. These fees can be set as a percentage of purchases or as an annual flat rate. Members participate based on their purchasing needs and their confidence in the competitive pricing negotiated by the GPO.
