After Elbit Medical Imaging completed its debt restructuring in February 2014, the control of the company changed, and 95% of the company's shares have been allocated to unsecured financial creditors. Through Elbit Medical Imaging’s subsidiary, Elbit Medical Technologies Ltd ("Elbit Medical") (89% and 58% fully diluted), Elbit Medical Imaging holds stakes in two companies: InSightec (22%) and Gamida Cell (18%).
