MindChild Medical, Inc. is a privately held medical device company founded in 2008. MindChild's primary technology platform, the MERIDIAN M110 non-invasive fetal electrocardiogram (fECG) monitor, is designed to report fetal heart rate data equivalent to the gold standard fetal scalp electrode, as well as new ECG metrics, aimed at providing obstetricians with deeper insights into fetal/maternal health and management.MindChild was co-founded by Adam Wolfberg, MD, MPH, Assistant Professor at Tufts Medical Center, Gari Clifford, PhD, Principal Research Scientist at the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology, James Robertson, President and CEO, and Jay Ward, Executive Vice President. MindChild holds exclusive intellectual property licenses from MIT, Tufts Medical Center, and E-TROLZ, Inc., a Massachusetts-based technology company that develops and commercializes breakthrough physiological monitoring platforms for various applications.
