Gliatech

Gliatech aims to discover, develop, and commercialize therapeutic products based on the characteristics of glial cells. Glial cells play a crucial role in the formation and function of the central nervous system (CNS). Gliatech has two independent development programs. The first focuses on the development of ADCON® (Adhesion Control) gels and solutions, classified as medical devices, which inhibit the formation of postoperative scars and adhesions. The second program is centered on the development of small molecule drug candidates for treating specific CNS disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and narcolepsy.
