We are developing novel therapies based on the STAT3 protein degradation pathway. We believe these safe and effective STAT3 protein degraders will form a new generation of targeted treatments. Forcing the degradation of the highly conserved STAT3 protein can reset disease conditions. In cancer, inhibiting STAT3 can enhance the efficacy of combination therapies, help stop uncontrolled proliferation, and reverse chemotherapy resistance. In other targeted diseases, the production of STAT3 protein represents an unchecked cellular response, and forced degradation can shut down disease proliferation. Unique applications include Graft-versus-Host Disease (GvHD).
