GeoVax Labs, Inc. is a U.S.-based clinical-stage biotechnology company. It utilizes a novel, patented Modified Vaccinia Ankara-Virus Like Particle (MVA-VLP) vector vaccine platform to develop human vaccines for infectious diseases and cancer.Our current development programs primarily focus on vaccines for COVID-19; hemorrhagic fever viruses such as Ebola (Zaire, Sudan), Lassa, and Marburg; malaria and Zika; as well as the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). We have also initiated a series of projects to develop a broadly applicable immunotherapy targeting the tumor-associated antigen MUC1, which is expressed in various types of solid tumors, including breast, ovarian, gastric, liver, pancreatic, renal, and lymph node cancers, along with an immunotherapy for Human Papillomavirus (HPV)-induced cancers.
