Geom Therapeutics is a biotechnology company focused on developing novel antibiotics for multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacterial infections. We are in a joint venture with LegoChem Biosciences (KOSDAQ: 141080), a publicly traded biotech company in South Korea, and the inventor of GT-1. GT-1 is our lead product candidate, a cephalosporin with a novel uptake mechanism that has demonstrated broad-spectrum efficacy against Gram-negative pathogens.
