GenPharm

GenPharm International is engaged in the development and application of HuMAb-Mouse transgenic animal technology. Its technology is used to generate human monoclonal antibodies for therapeutic purposes. The company was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in San Jose, California. As of October 21, 1997, GenPharm International became a subsidiary of Medarex. Later, it operated as a subsidiary of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company.
