Gardant Pharmaceuticals acquires, develops, and commercializes pharmaceutical compounds. Formerly known as Bioaccelerate Holdings, the company changed its name to Gardant Pharmaceuticals in April 2006. Founded in 2000, it is headquartered in New York City. As of December 30, 2006, Gardant Pharmaceuticals operated as a subsidiary of Switch Pharma Ltd.
