Fischer acquired Bloom Associates, Ltd. from Murray Bloom in 1992. Since then, Fischer has been manufacturing and repairing Bloom® stimulators. Now, Fischer Medical is bringing the latest electrophysiological cardiac stimulator technology to market with Bloom2.Since the introduction of X-ray systems in the 1970s, Fischer Medical has been actively involved in cardiac electrophysiology research. Fischer continues to produce recording and monitoring systems for electrophysiology. With the acquisition of Bloom Associates Ltd. in Reading, Pennsylvania, in 1992, Fischer added a key component of the electrophysiology lab to its arsenal.
