Ferndale Laboratories

Founded in 1897, J.F. Hartz provided the medical community with surgical instruments, medical supplies, and equipment. In 1975, it was renamed Ferndale Laboratories, Inc. and began a mission to grow from a local pharmaceutical enterprise into a nationally recognized healthcare company in China, addressing the challenges posed by the evolving needs of the medical field. In 2004, Ferndale Laboratories, Inc. was restructured into Ferndale Pharma Group, Inc., which holds control over multiple medical specialty companies.
