Ensemble Therapeutics

Ensemble Therapeutics is dedicated to the discovery and development of small molecule therapies for cancer and other serious diseases. The company is applying its proprietary drug discovery platform to develop macrocyclic compounds and other novel small molecule drugs to address challenging disease targets that are currently untreatable with conventional small molecules or antibodies. Ensemble's lead oncology program focuses on the immune checkpoint target IDO, which is associated with various cancers. The company also has several other oncology development programs, including antagonists of the ubiquitin-proteasome system.
