Endo Health Solutions Inc. (Endo) is a U.S.-based diversified healthcare company focused on finding solutions for pain management, pelvic health, urology, endocrinology, and oncology care. In 2011, Endo wanted to build a new headquarters building in the market to consolidate multiple real estate locations of the company into one place to achieve its functional goals. The ideal geographic location for the new headquarters facility was within the Pennsylvania/New Jersey "Pharmaceutical" corridor.
