Eczacıbaşı is a group of industrial organizations, primarily engaged in the domestic and international markets in the fields of building products, healthcare, and consumer goods. In addition to these core sectors, the group also includes organizations in areas such as finance, information technology, welding technology, mining, and real estate development and operational management. Eczacıbaşı Investment Holding Partnership was established in December 1973 with a capital of 80,000,000 lira. The organization, which offered 50% of its shares to the public in February 1974, was the first to be opened to the public in Turkey. In 1984, under the registered capital system, the circulating capital was 105,000,000 TL, and the registered capital was 200 million TL.
