NAVAN Technologies, Inc. (NAVAN) is a preclinical biotechnology company developing and commercializing its proprietary NanoStraw platform technology, which establishes direct physical connections to overcome a significant challenge faced by researchers globally: delivering materials into hard-to-transfect cells in an efficient and non-disruptive manner. Delivery of cargo via NanoStraws will significantly reduce the number of work steps, costs, and technical difficulties involved in cell therapy manufacturing. By overcoming the viability and manufacturing challenges that have plagued traditional viral vector development, NAVAN is actively pursuing various innovative therapies across multiple indications through strategic collaborations with numerous biopharmaceutical companies. NAVAN is a resident company at JLABS @ SSF Oyster Point in South San Francisco, California, and is supported by Phase II of the National Science Foundation Small Business Technology Transfer Program (Award No. 1759075).
