Diagnoplex was founded in 2005, supported by seed financing from Novartis Forschungsstiftung, the Swiss Confederation CTI program, Canton de Vaud FIT, and Gebert Rüf Stiftung. The company has conducted a prospective trial study involving 140 patients, demonstrating the technical and clinical feasibility of its colorectal cancer screening test COLOX, as well as its high sensitivity and specificity. The company develops clinical laboratory kits for screening colorectal cancer and detecting colon cancer. It also discovers and optimizes biomarker combinations for cancer detection.
